Who can use the API?

Universe’s API is available to everybody, but you can only access data for somebody’s account if:

1. You are the account holder
2. You are part of a team (or a team user) and have the right permissions to access the data to somebody’s account
3. You are a third party building an app to retrieve/modify a user’s data and the user gives you permission through OAUTH
